METHODS
OF PAYMENT:
*First time customers must pay 50%-100% in advance to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid upon shipment. Payment can be made via: Credit Card, Check or Cash.
TERMS: Net-30 days with approved credit. All late payments are subject to a $20.00 processing fee and a 1% finance charge will apply, no exceptions. For any bounced checks there is a charge of $25.00 for bank and office fees.
ARTWORK:
Hartleigh Creations, produces all artwork on Mac OSX using
a 4 color- process laser printer.
*ACCEPTABLE ART: AT NO CHARGE. All art should be converted to outlines or
converted to curves. All files should be sent by e-mail or on a disk as a Jpeg,
tif or eps file. Accepted disks are: CD, ZIP DISK, and 3.5 FLOPPY.
When sending art please list a contact name and P.O. number. Compress files as .sit, .sea, or zip whenever possible. If art cannot be sent on disk or by e-mail, please contact us for non-digital artwork requirements. Non-digital artwork and unacceptable artwork may incur additional charges up to $40.00 an hour to recreate digitally. Our Artwork department will contact you after reviewing the art submitted; if artwork is unacceptable or needs changes.
*ACCEPTABLE
SOFTWARE:
Adobe
Illustrator 10, Photoshop 7, exported as EPS, JPEG, or TIF files.
*UNACCEPTABLE ART:
Non-digital art that cannot be scanned because of low resolution, such a business cards, photocopies, faxes, or printed materials.
Low-resolution digital images pulled off the Internet or customer web sites.
Incorrect artwork normally delays productions time 1-4 days based on the quality of the artwork.
COLOR MATCHING:
There is no charge for PMS color matching; we will match as closely as possible.
Please provide the PMS numbers.
PROOFS:
Factory will send a black & white paper fax approval form, which should be carefully checked by the customer and sent back with your approval to start production. On orders of 2500 and up we will send you an actual product proof at no charge via regular mail or UPS ground at our expense. If customer requires the sample sooner, shipping charges will apply.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Normal production time is 5 to 10 working days for orders up to 5000 pieces after customers approval. Production time starts the next working day after we receive signed approval form back. RUSH service is available with prior approval.
RUSH CHARGES:
With prior approval, orders up to 5000 pieces, can be completed sooner than normal production time, with $25.00 or the following rush charges added to the base price of the product, whichever is greater. Call factory (H.C.) for rush charges on quantities over 5000 pieces. SHIPPING Method will be determined by the us according to the in-hands date.

SHIPPING:
Normal shipping is accomplished by GROUND track UPS and FEDEX. However we reserve the right to use whatever means possible to accomplish deadline use date,
when the customer cannot be contacted. This may entail higher shipping
charges for air express or 2 day shipping. This is the case in rush
orders, in which we require your shipper number or your clients
number to bill direct. The customer is responsible for
all shipping charges and choice of the proper freight carrier when time restraints
require rush shipping of products. We are no longer responsible for
order delivery damages or losses once shipment is released to common
carrier.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS: are subject to $3.00 charge per location.
HANDLING:
A handling charge is applied to all orders.
100 up to 999................$6.00
1000 up to 4999...........$10.00
5000 +.........................$25.00
PACKAGING:
All small pieces are packed in bags of 25 pieces each.
Factory standard packaging is 250 pieces per box.
For large orders we have boxes with capacity up to 1500 pieces that include 6
boxes of 250 pieces.

LESS THAN
MINIMUM:
All orders less than a 100 pieces will be charged the 100-piece
price plus an additional $.0.05 per unit. Regular
shipping and handling charges will apply.
CANCELLATION
CHARGES:
Charges are determined by the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Minimum charge is $10.00 plus reimbursement of any expenses incurred
by our office.
RETURN
OF GOODS POLICY:
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization.
There is a restocking fee of $0.12 per piece plus shipping. All return
of goods request
must be made within 30 days after date of shipment. If the
factory has made the error, we will stand by the order and do
what is
necessary to correct the mistake without charge. If the problem
was a customer error or change, Hartleigh Creations will work
hard to offer the most economical resolution. Cost will be
quoted prior to any work being done.
CUSTOMER
LOGOS:
Hartleigh Creations, is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized
trademark or copyrighted logos supplied by distributors.
Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility
of the distributor, and any damages incurred as a result
of
unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the distributor
WARRANTY:
Hartleigh Creations, the NO EXTRA CHARGE COMPANY will give you the best
customer service, will ship your order on time, will follow any instruction
given on
the purchase order and will replace any defective materials; if it was a
mistake on our behalf. Except for such replacement, the manufacture, printing,
sale
or
subsequent handling of these products is without warranty or liability, even
if such defects, damage or loss, is caused by negligence or other fault.
